How do I choose a size?

Please use the garment measurements in each product’s size chart. Age and height recommendations are a helpful guide, but garment measurements are the best way to choose a fit.

How should I care for my item?

Please follow the care label on your garment. Fabric and care requirements can vary by style.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared within 5 business days. Shipping times begin after dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

For most destinations, Standard Shipping takes 7–14 business days and Express Shipping takes 5–8 business days.

For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Standard Shipping takes 6–12 business days and Express Shipping takes 4–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard Shipping is free on orders of US$149 or more. For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Standard Shipping is free on orders of US$99 or more.

Taxes

Are taxes included?

Taxes charged by MOETOMOMI are included in the listed price. We do not add a separate tax charge at checkout.

Returns & quality issues

What if my item has a quality issue?

If your item arrives with a quality issue, please contact us before returning it and include your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange and cover the return shipping cost for the quality issue.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Can used items be returned?

No. Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
