- OVERVIEW
In these Terms of Service, "we", "us", "our", and "Moe Tomomi Tiny" mean Qinhuangdao Zhiwei Infant and Child Products Trading Co., Ltd. We operate https://moetomomi.com and the related products, content, features, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting, using, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
- ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. If you permit a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for that use. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information for orders and accounts and keep account credentials secure.
- PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We sell children's qipao-inspired, Hanfu-inspired, and Chinese-inspired apparel. Product photographs, colours, measurements, materials, and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but colours and appearance may vary by screen, device, and settings.
Please select sizes using the garment measurements and size guide on the relevant product page rather than age alone. Hand measurements may vary by approximately 1-3 cm. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are modern Chinese-inspired garments and are not represented as historical reproductions.
We may update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable product-safety, conformity, or consumer-protection right.
- ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order where payment cannot be processed, stock information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or a product cannot be supplied to the destination. An order is accepted when we send an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after payment, provided the order has not been dispatched. This voluntary window does not limit any mandatory right to cancel, withdraw, return, or obtain a remedy under applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue any refund required by applicable law.
- PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront or at checkout. The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout, will be confirmed before you place your order.
Where a product page, checkout page, or order confirmation expressly states that import duties are covered, customers will not be charged those stated duties on delivery. In all other cases, customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges not disclosed as covered at checkout may be the customer's responsibility.
- PROCESSING, SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND DELAYS
Our standard processing time is normally 3-10 business days before dispatch. For orders delivered to the United States, estimated transit time is normally about 8-10 business days after dispatch. International services, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on destination and availability.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If we become unable to ship within a stated or promised period, we will notify you as required by applicable law and explain available cancellation and refund options.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our voluntary cancellation, return, and quality-issue process is described in our Refund Policy. For a quality issue, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Do not send an item back before we provide return authorisation and instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by our Refund Policy or these Terms. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Ordinary made-to-order processing of a standard product is not treated by us as a personalised-product exception unless the product was genuinely made to the customer's individual specifications.
- PRODUCT SAFETY AND CARE
Please follow the care instructions on the relevant product page and label. Adult supervision is appropriate where a garment contains buttons, decorative fasteners, sashes, or other small components that may present a risk to very young children. Do not use damaged garments.
Nothing in this section shifts any manufacturer, importer, seller, or other party's legal product-safety obligations where applicable law assigns those obligations.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and store-created content, including our trademarks, product photographs, text, graphics, videos, and site design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
- CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit a review, photograph, feedback, or other content, you retain any rights you have in it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content for operating, marketing, and improving the Services.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, PRIVACY, AND SHOPIFY
The Services may contain links to, or functionality provided by, third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and shipping carriers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Moe Tomomi Tiny is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Qinhuangdao Zhiwei Infant and Child Products Trading Co., Ltd., not with Shopify. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
- PROHIBITED USES, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their security or operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit false information, or use automated scraping or data-extraction methods except where we have expressly permitted them in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, security, or legal compliance. Suspension or termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, or mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, People's Republic of China, will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires the application of mandatory consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections that cannot be waived under the law of their habitual residence or another applicable mandatory law.
- SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
